Can I pay by Check or Money Order?
Yes you can. Just add the products to the shopping cart as usual, and print out the shopping cart screen or you can write down the products you want. Send that to us along with your name, shipping address, telephone number, and your check or money order to:

Please make check payable to K. K. Discount Store. Please keep in mind that all checks and money orders may take an extra 7 days so that payment can be verify by the bank.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards by through our online system, as well as Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, Paypal, checks, and money order. Personal checks and money orders will have to be cleared first, which might take up to 7 business days. We are accepting PayPal as well. We'll try to add more payment methods in the near future. If you have any suggestions on how you would like to pay, feel free to contact us.

Is shopping with KKDiscount.com safe?
Yes it is. Unlike most online websites, we have a retail store too. We have been in business since 1990.

KKDiscount.com is secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates, which provides up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

To top it off, KKDiscount.com does not store any credit card information on the website. No need to worry about kkdiscount.com getting hacked and having your credit card informations stolen. The information is store on the payment company servers and not ours. We use PayPal, Amazon, and Google as our payment processing companies, which are the top companies online.

Can I order by fax or over the phone?
You can order by fax, but not over the phone. We need a hard copy of the order in order to minimize mistakes and to have a record of the order.

To order by fax: Just fax us a printed copy of the shopping cart or a paper with a list of the products that you want to order. Be sure to include your name, billing & shipping address, telephone number, credit card information(name on credit card, credit card number, expiration date) Our fax number is (212) 513-7043

I can't seem to find what I want. What should I do? 
If you can't find what you want, you should email us to see if we have it. If our online Asian store don't have it, our retail store might. Even if our Asian retail store don't have it, we'll try to order it for you. Please contact us with as much details as possible. If you can include a picture, that would be great!

Do you have a catalog? 
We do not send catalogs to customers as of this moment.

What is KKDS Sales Tax Policy? 
We must collect applicable state and local taxes on purchases made in our stores and online. Since we only have a retail store in NY. All online orders will be tax free, except for NY residence.

I see errors on the site, what should I do? 
It would be great if you can contact us and let us know about it! We'll have it fix ASAP.

Shipping FAQ

If I place my order today, how long would it take before I get it?

Once we receive your order, it'll take around 2-3 business days before it get ship out of our store. That's assuming your payment was approved, and the items are in stock. Once it is shipped from our store, the time of arrival varies depending on where you live. It could take 3-7 business days for the shipment to arrive.

Where can you ship to? 
Currently we only ship to the continental 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska can not be reach using UPS Ground service. Sometimes we could ship there via USPS, but please contact us in advance with a list of the products that you want first. We don't ship outside of the United State at this time.

What shipping method can we pick from? 
Right now we only offer Ground Service via USPS or UPS, depending on the products in your order. For special orders we can use 2nd day air or even Next day air. The cost for these express service will vary depending on shipping location. Remember that it'll take 2-3 days to process the order then we can ship it out. So if you pick second day air it'll arrive in around 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping and handling? 
The shipping & handling cost is a flat rate of $9.99. You can order as much as you want and the shipping and handling rate will always be $9.99.

Return FAQ

What is your return policy? 
You can return any items as long as it in good condition. It must be return within 2 weeks of purchase. Please email us in advance. We can exchange it for other products on our site, but you will need to pay for shipping again to ship the exchange products to you. If you want your money back, there will be a 20% restocking fee. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. The restocking fee pays for that. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will also accept returns through our retail store in NYC. We will not accept any products that has been damage or used by you. If the products was an error on our part, we will exchange it for free.

Can I exchange the products? 
You can exchange the products within 10 days only if the products has never been used, and is still in good condition. You will have to ship the products back to us, and pay a flat rate of $10 for shipping and handling for us to ship you the new products. The free shipping does not apply to exchanges. Exchanges can always be made at our retail store.

How do I return the items? 
Email us first, then you can ship the package back to us. We recommend using a shipping service where you can track the product, and it'll be safer that way. Please return the products to:

What do i do if the product is damage? 
Every package shipped by UPS is insured. In case you received a damaged package please keep the package the way it was received, do not throw anything away, including packing materials. Email us a picture of the damaged product and packaging. We will make a claim with UPS promptly. UPS may send an inspector to inspect the damaged merchandise within one to two weeks. We'll send out a replacement to you, or give you credit for the damaged item.
