This popular 14" flat bottom carbon steel Chinese wok has two different style wooden handles on each end for easy handling. Great for chefs cooking at home. This 14 inch flat bottom carbon steel wok has a flat bottom and will not need a wok stand for a home stove. The carbon steel wok will arrive with some oil grease on it for protection against rust. Tips on using a carbon steel wok: For better tasting food, heat the wok till it's hot before putting oil in. Be sure to dry the wok completely before storing it away or it might rust.

2 Seasoned well; handle rivets loosened immediately..

For the price, this could be an adequate wok, except for the loose handle rivets. It seasoned well, but the handle rivets loosened immediately, so I will not be able to use it.

very satisfied, easy to season, clean, and care for. really love the handles, they are sturdy. New to wok though so don't know how if it's the best. but its definitely up there.

4 First Time Wok-er

Decided to try stir-frying after seeing an intervier w/Grace Young. The wok is well built, great design and I do love it. Likely since it was my first time I probably did something wrong, but it flamed up on one side during first use (on an induction) so charred the one side badly. That being said, the food turned out awesome and I think with time it will get even better. So, thank you KK Discount for your service and having a quality product at a decent price. Perhaps I should have given it a 5 but am waiting to see how it holds up.

I needed a new wok (old non stick wok not cutting it) I read an article about China Town in NY city. I am so thankful that I found K&K, this wok is great. I seasoned it according to directions (it got a strange color) but now after using it I can say it does not stick and food tastes great. Thanks K&K!

Perfect size and shape for our home kitchen gas stove, and feeds two generously. With proper care the carbon steel has been staying completely non-stick for stir-frying! And the wooden helper handles are comfortable and convenient.
