This popular extra large stainless steel wok chuan spatula is approximately 20" x 5". The extra large wok chuan spatula has a wooden handle and goes great with commercial woks 20" and up. This type of wok spatula is commonly used by restaurant chefs. The wok spatula (wok chuan in Chinese) makes cooking and stir-frying quick and efficiently. The roundness of the spatula is made to fit the shape of the wok.
PLEASE NOTE: The wooden handle portion might seem loose, but this is normal with this type of wok spatula. If you pull it out by accident, you can just tighten it back. Some find it easier by banging it back in on the floor.
